THE OAM ADVANTAGE

To those CEO's and other senior executives who are reading this, selecting your team may well be the single most important task you have. And it is one fraught with pitfalls. Your ultimate ability may not be your ability. Rather it more likely rests in your ability to recognize ability. Our mission is to ensure that, no matter what, you get your team right.

The OAM edge is two-fold.

First, we bring a full in-house psychometric assessment capability to every search we conduct. Collectively, our group has more than three decades of combined experience in clinically evaluating candidates at all levels, from junior executives to the C-suite, in virtually all business sectors. We also have the ability to access the resources of Dr. R. Nideffer, one of the top psychologists on the planet.

Of course, it's one thing to make assertions about our capabilities. It's quite another to demonstrate. In this regard, we would be pleased to show you, free of charge, our ability to identify talent. Please contact us at: info@oceansapartmgt.com or on 604 630 1365, and put us to the test. Determine for yourself, our ability to identify ability.

Second, because the partners of Oceans Apart Management Inc. own a number of other operating companies, ranging in size from venture capital start-ups to those with a top line in nine figures, we bring a unique blend of experience and perspective to the consulting role. We sit right in the same chair our customers do - operating businesses just like yours.
