This company is about many things for me, but mostly it is all about the past, present and future, all rolled into one.

With regard to the past, Oceans Apart Management (OAM) has been a wonderful opportunity to “return the favour,” as it were, and mentor an outstanding group of dedicated and eager young people - -just like a couple of very special people did for me, so many years ago.

As for the future, OAM is all about passing the baton to a younger generation.

While the past and future are important, nothing is more important than the present. In that regard, Oceans Apart Management is about how a company, any company, can be managed. It's about providing a truly exciting and accelerated learning environment for every team member in the organization. It's about mentorship, dedication, determination, and courage. Ultimately, it's about providing a working environment which is both academic and practical, one which is, in this industry, like no other.

The present is also about you, our customers and candidates, holding us to the highest standards. I personally want to hear about any time you feel we have not kept to that standard. And by all means, tell us if you think we have kept our promise to be “Oceans Apart.”
